Min will take your personally customized commission. Min paints commissioned settings, portraits, illustrations, and any other creative ideas you have in mind. This means one on one attention to detail, content, size, and any other visual effects you can qualitatively describe. We will directly communicate with you about your particular needs, and build a thumbnail sketch before the work begins. Your vision is ours, and we will tailor-fit the painting to your unique vision.
Cityscapes, Landscapes, and Still Life:
If you'd like a particular cityscape of Rome, for example, or your own home or desired landscape, email Min at min@minlifinearts.com. Min and his assistants will collect resources and custom paint them towards your specific needs.
Portraits:
For portraits of yourself, family, friends, and pets, email Min at min@minlifinearts.com, attaching relevant digital photos. If you have physical pictures, please indicate this information in the email and our customer service will promptly offer direct phone communications.

- Oil, watercolor, and color pencil pieces start $100 and up

Step 1: Email Initiative.

Here, you will attach any and all information, including digital resources and links detailing your vision. We will reply within 5 business days with feasibility and follow up with additional questions or comments.
Step 2: Thumbnail Estimate.

Here, Min will personally create a thumbnail charcoal and pencil sketch of the piece with your commitment of $20 via paypal. This piece is revisable up to 3 times free of charge. Once you are satisfied with the digital thumbnail feedback, you are ready for step 3.
Step 3: The Commission.

Here, Min will guarantee a 1 month work period from the date of initiation. Initiation is marked by negotiation of a final price, payable upfront or by weekly installments as the work progresses via paypal. A week by week digital update will be supplied, with three digital photos of your work in progress in each of the 4 weeks. The last week of the 4 will be your completed painting. Allow up to two weeks for drying and shipping. An email will follow-up with tracking information.
